Sunset Point

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy fishing off the dock at dusk, as the sun sets. Wake up to the sound of the loons calling, and enjoy your morning coffee from the comfort of your Muskoka chair as you watch the mist rise off the lake. Fill your days with lawn games and lake fun: will you swim to the raft or kayak to the island? Or just dangle your toes off of one of two docks, and watch the children play in the warm shallow water. The space 300 feet of waterfront, great for swimming. Lake is sand and pebble bottom with no weeds, although we do recommend water shoes as there are zebra mussels. There are two docks, one has a large porch swing for taking in the sunsets. The other one is small, in shallow water, a great spot for little swimmers. There are 3 buildings: main cottage, plus 2 bunkies. Main cottage: 1st bedroom - 1 queen bed 2nd bedroom - 1 set bunk beds Living room has 2 pullout couches, so there is an option to sleep 2 in the living room if desired. Sleeps 6 max. Big Bunkie: All one space with a queen bed as well as a set of bunk beds. Powder room with composting toilet. Sleeps 4 max. Lil Bunkie: 1 double bed, 1 double loft bed. no toilet. (It’s a few feet away from the big bunkie, and steps across the grass to the cottage) Sleeps 4 max.
