The house is located in the São Benedito neighborhood, a neighborhood in the borders between Santa Luzia, Vespasiano and Belo Horizonte. Here we have lived for more than 40 years, the region is simple but very quiet. It is close to the administrative center, with easy access to CT do Galo, Confins Airport... The space The house has 2 large bedrooms, 1 furnished with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, and it is well ventilated. Access is through the small gate to the left of the bar, where you go down a staircase with approximately 10 steps. The house is below a bar and usually the noise does not bother, but even because it is a bar, a day or so may be more noise. We do not recommend this for people with very light sleep. Guest access The house has a large kitchen, with a refrigerator and a gas stove, where guests can use at will. It also has a pantry with a sofa and a small laundry area, with a washing machine. Other things to note We don't have a garage, but this street is quite safe to leave your vehicle. Some cars already "sleep" on the street. The house is just below a bar, but it has always been a residence and is generally not a nuisance.
