We have made every reasonable attempt to insulate the sound of the two spaces from each other by installing a drop ceiling and 6 inches of compressed, acoustical mineral wool insulation. It has made a dramatic difference. However, it is impossible to completely prevent all noise coming from business operations. We do have a protocol on the volume level that music is to be played when guests are staying overnight. Additionally both bedrooms have both sheer and solid curtains. The kitchen is equipped with a mini-fridge & freezer, air fryer, and drip coffee pot. It also has seating for 6 at a custom bar at a standard 42" height and an attached 1/2 bath with sliding barn door. Full bathroom is detached from kitchen down a small hallway. It has its own sliding barn door and is attached to the Queen bedroom with its own door. Guest access Guests have access to all indoor areas and the balcony/landing outside the front door. Additionally there is a patio/seating area at the bottom of the steps that lead to the apartment.
