The Depot at Westcliffe

It's rare to find a place that's both historic and one-of-a-kind. Stay in the rooms above the historic depot where the Train Station Agent lived between 1901 and 1937 during the operation of the Denver and Rio Grande's Westcliffe Branch Line. Just a block west is the view that helped give the D&RG the tag line "The Scenic Line of the World." In addition, your rental goes to fund All Aboard Westcliffe, a 501(c)3 dedicated to preserving the railroad history of the Wet Mountain Valley. The space The Depot at Westcliffe is over 100 years old. It is a clean, minimal space that has the character of the original building but with many upgrades. You will be renting the entire upper floor, two bedrooms, a living space and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, microwave cooking dishes, a Keurig, toaster and dishes. Each bedroom has adjustable electric heating. There is a lovely gas fireplace in the living area. The bathroom has electric baseboard heating. Guest access Your rental includes the entire upper floor of the building above the Depot Museum. Other things to note The stairway up to this rental is steep and narrow. Bad knees? This might not be a good fit for you! There is an exterior power outlet that you are welcome to use for your EV auto!
