The space Modern contemporary furnishings make the home super comfy with a plush queen bed and ensuite in the Master bedroom which has a dedicated workspace and reliable NBN broadband service. The second bedroom has 2 king single beds which can be combined to an XXL Super King split bed upon request. All beds will be beautifully made up upon your arrival. The modern second bathroom also contains a fully stocked laundry. Open plan living lets everyone spend time together. Both indoor and outdoor dining offer panoramic views. Sip on a cappuccino from the coffee machine that makes a better brew than any you can buy and watch the sun rise and ships sail by as you sit in air conditioned comfort in the house or relax on the luxe outdoor loungers on the deck. Spoil yourself with Australian made organic bathroom products at the end of the day after a swim in the ocean. We have Netflix for a rainy day or you may prefer to watch a spectacular light and sound show as storm clouds roll over the bay . For the colder months, all firewood will be provided for the slow combustion fireplace. In addition, you can make yourself a mug of hot chocolate from the coffee machine to warm up. We have facilities to make your holiday for you and your bub easier like a portable cot, booster seat, baby bath, bath products, nappy change mats, nappy disposable bags so you don't have to pack your whole house. For hygiene and comfort reasons, we ask that you bring your own linen for the portable cot to meet your baby’s specific needs. Your Pooch is welcomed too! We provide everything to make your holiday with your fur baby a fuss free holiday. From dog towels, bowls and furniture covers…. We have everything covered. The dog friendly Nelson Beach is an easy 600 meter walk so no need to park the car or feel you have to stay all day. Just walk home for lunch!! The deck has a secure gate for pets/children and the boundary also has a secure fence (1 metre high) and there is under house parking which is big enough for 2 cars with secure front gates. Take a cold outdoor shower to freshen up before going upstairs. There is ample street parking. For those that like to look around there is a pathway that goes all the way to Huskisson (about 4 km). Walk or bike in for lunch, rest up and wander home again. For avid golfers, the golf course is only a short drive away. You will be teeing off in no time. To add value and make your holiday complete, we offer our guests welcome drinks on arrival. Choose from a handpicked wine from a local winery, locally brewed beer or drinks of your choice. For bookings of 7 days or more or between the following dates : - 15th December 2026 to 31st January - 18th December 2026 to 31st January 2027 in addition to your welcome drinks, we are offering both complimentary Cheese and crackers/ snacks & Continental breakfast package, which includes an assortment of 8 individual serves of granola/ cereal, fruit, jams and a fresh loaf of sourdough OR bacon and eggs OR pancake mixes. Including the use of our beach cabana and beach esky bag. These can be offered at a fee when booking outside of these dates. Please enquire when making your initial enquiry. We also offer dog treats to keep your pooch happy if you bring one. Pamper yourself with quality linen provided including: - Top quality Egyptian cotton ‘Sheridan’ Bath sheets - Turkish cotton Hand towels - Australian cotton Face/Make up towels - Bath Mats - All Bed sheets, including Quilt covers - Baby cot sheets/ blankets - Turkish beach towels - Cotton bathrobes etc. Laundry and Dishwashing detergent pods are provided. The kitchen is well stocked with everything from kitchen towels to chux wipes and even digital scales for baking. Just bring yourselves! We also have a video doorbell. A 1 litre carton of fresh milk is provided upon arrival together with other treats. Please communicate with the host about any food allergies or special milk preferences if you prefer when making the booking e.g. Almond/ Soy/ Oat milk etc. Only 1 dog allowed.
