On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room with fireplace, adjacent to a dining room with French doors to the small patio and a spacious kitchen that is equipped with all comforts. On the 2nd floor, there are 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom and walk-in closet. Shops, terraces, restaurants, train station and city park are within walking distance of the house. Guest access The whole house is available except for 1 small private room upstairs. This is closed. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the 2nd floor. Other things to note It is an older house, so the stairs are quite steep. This makes the house less suitable for families and very young children or for elderly people who are no longer able to walk well.
