Located on the second level of a set of two apartments with a separate entrance, garage and access by stairs with handrails. The space is safe, comfortable and has all the amenities for a functional and quiet stay. The property is personally attended to and we are available for any questions or needs during your visit. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire apartment, including its separate entrance and parking space. Access is via stairs with handrails (not suitable for people with reduced mobility). Check-in is autonomous, through a Master Lock safe with a personalized code for your convenience. The code is provided on the day of your arrival. Other things to note 🧾 We invoice your stay if you come for work (the price does not include VAT). 🐶 A friendly dog and cat live in the parking area. They do not enter the apartments, but may be present upon arrival. 🚗 The apartment includes 1 private parking space.
