Take a break and unwind at this peaceful beachy bungalow. Our place is a 3-minute walk to the private beach located in Woodland Beach Association. It's a small space to get away to relax and enjoy the beach without spending a lot of money. New outdoor private hot tub just installed October 2024. Soak in our claw foot bathtub. Perfect place to stay for a couples get away, working remote, or working in the Monroe area. Cozy! Private! Romantic! Perfect for the fisherman as well. The space Our little bungalow is less than 450 sq ft. It's very warm and cozy and brings a beachy feel with the cute decor. We want our guests to feel like they are on vacation and make them feel special. For those who enjoy baths, we have a nice soaker tub. Soft robes, soft towels, and a luxury wood bathtub caddy to help you relax and enjoy. We have a handheld handle if prefer to shower. We are less than 10 minutes from ProMedica Monroe Regional Hospital and the Enrico Fermi II power plant. Great place for those coming to work on the outage or for traveling nurses. We offer weekly and monthly discounts. Please ask! We do not have a dishwasher or washer/dryer. We provide an outdoor propane grill and a firepit for you to enjoy. You'll need to bring your own wood. **Seasonal note....for guests not familiar with mayflies, we get them here as we are near the water. They are seasonal, with the most being around the month of June. This is beyond our control. We have a beach wagon that has beach chairs and a beach umbrella that is available. Guest access We provide a unique code for the guests upon arrival. This will be provided by noon of check-in. We do have one camera on the driveway. This is the only camera on the property. Other things to note Guests who book our bungalow must be over the age of 25. Absolutely no parties of any kind. We do not allow extra guests, only the number on the reservation. No pets. No smoking of any kind or vaping inside the house or the hot tub. Outdoors is ok, away from the house and the hot tub. We just ask you to dispose of your butts properly. There is no parking down by the beach. Parking at the beach is for residents only, so there is at risk of being towed. Please leave the bungalow just as you arrived. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Our bungalow is a residential neighborhood.
