Welcome to Old Hollywood! Stay in our cozy apartment and make some memories at this slightly retro and family-friendly place. It's centrally located and within walking distance to restaurants, a casino, & a short drive to Downtown Hollywood, beaches, shopping malls, area parks and hospitals. During your stay, you can take a dip in the pool, use the yoga mat for exercise, maybe read a good book or watch one of our beautiful Florida sunsets on the patio, play games or watch your favorite TV shows. The space Uniquely designed, cozy 1 bedroom apartment with that tiny home feel, in lovely South Florida, with most doors leading you to where you want to be most, the outdoors. Coming into the front door is reminiscent of entering into a hotel room with a pool just outside your front door. You will greeted by a comfortable, cozy full size bed in this separate bedroom and have access to the all the comforts of home. Just beyond the doors of the separate bedroom is an open concept/ studio style living area with a fully equipped kitchen and living room area. There is also a versatile full size Murphy Bed in the main living area, perfect for families or other guests. Adding to the versatility of the space, the kitchen tables and chairs fold up, making for an airy feel and opening up more space. There is an additonal dresser in this area for more space to put your clothes and items. From the main living area, there are sliding doors that lead you out to a semi-private patio area where you can sit, eat, read, play games, think and/or just take in some sun. From the main living area you step down into the bathroom where you can take a relaxing shower and also change into your bathing suit and go straight out into the pool from the bathroom. This is great because you don't have to worry about anyone wetting up the floors throughout the apartment and those wet clothes and swim shoes are just contained in one room, the bathroom. There is a child safety lock on the bathroom door, for extra added safety as safety is a priority for us. We have covered all basis: There are beach folding chairs and beach towels available for guest use during your stay. There are folding trays you can use for your laptops if working remotely during your stay, "in your home away from home." Of course the trays can be used for eating or any gaming you and/or family may want to do. Guest access Guests have access to the pool. There is an on-site paid washing machine and dryer available for use. Both the pool and the laundry room are shared with other residents living at the property. There are unassigned shared parking spaces available for guest use in the front of the apartment complex. If any of those parking spots are taken, no worries because there is always street parking available. The property is located on a quiet tree-lined dead end street, so there is not much foot and/or automobile traffic coming through the street. The property is centrally located between Miami International Airport (MIA) and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL). Other things to note There is one step into the unit and a step down when entering the bathroom from the common area.
