Other things to note Quiet residential area close to all amenities (grocery & takeaway shops five minutes walk away, nearest beach ten minutes by car, excellent rail and bus links) Steps leading down to property but can also allow access via the sloping drive (if people have mobility issues). Five minutes drive to Tide Mills Beach (plus Carpark), which is a lovely sandy beach beach at low tide and dog friendly all year.
