Farnham Royal has many old British pubs, golf courses, local Restaurants, and shops. Situated only 10 mins drive away from Windsor Castle or Beaconsfield Town, plus easy access to all major motorways routes to adventure parks or Central London. We are 20 mins away from London Heathrow and 2 local main railway stations. The space The Property is a 10 years old modern Bungalow. You cars will be parked at the front of our property which is gated and has gravel drive. The Bungalow is located behind our main residence and has its own garden. It has 2 bedrooms, Lounge, stylish new Kitchen (gas cooker, oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher) and utility area and lastly a Private beautiful outdoor gazebo with bbq facilities only plus an extensive patio/garden to enjoy with the family and friends. Please note there are dummy cameras on the outside only of your property which are not in use. On the ground floor there is the first bedroom. It has 1x double bed, Smart 32" Tv, side tables and Chester set draw, a workstation with ergonomic chair, Plus its own walk in wet room style shower ensuite. The lounge has a stylish modern quirky cosy feel. There are 2 large bifold style tilt and turn windows. A smart 43" tv, and 2 sofa's. There is a lovely family bathroom on the ground floor, no different from a 4/5 Star hotel experience. The other bedroom is on the 1st floor. A open plan large bedroom with 1x double bed, plus 2x single beds, as well as a seating area, wardrobes, and a wall hung smart 43" Tv. A nice private location. Guest access Guests will have access to the gazebo and enjoy the gas fired monster grill bbq should they wish to. (Outdoor hob IS OUT OF USE) There is plenty of outdoor furniture, a basketball ring plus other games for children to enjoy. A large Private patio and garden. PLEASE CAN YOU AMKE SURE THE CHILDREN DO NOT CLIMB THE BASKETBALL POST AND PLAY BALL GAMES AGAINST THE PROPERTY. Other things to note No huge parties are to be had on the property during your stay. Only the residents that are checked in are to be allowed, unless agreed otherwise. As mentioned we also live on the property in the house at the front. This is a nice quite neighbour hood. PLEASE keep windows and doors closed if not around, as you may get a uninvited guest ( Birds, Squirrels or a friendly Fox) ON CHECK OUT- Please can all bedding be striped and left in the room and all towels to be left in the family bathroom. Any cutlery must be loaded into the dishwasher and any large pots/pans washed and put to the side. You'll be provided with black bags for refuse. Please can you throw all your refuse in the black bin outside your entrance door. BBQ INFO. Please note:- The Gas fired BBQ is complimentary and only available for guests that have more than 1 night stay. If your stay is for 1 night only there will be an additional charge of £40 should you wish to use it. Please confirm prior so your booking can be edited. The charge is for the time scale it takes to clean and the gas. Thank you !
