(NB: 12 people, 8 adults maximum) In the heart of the Landes de Gascogne Regional Park, the "Peyra de lanot" house, fully equipped for your comfort, will allow you to meet with family or friends and discover the region. The environment lends itself to making your vacation enjoyable, whether you consider it sporty, touristy or relaxing. Don't hesitate! The space The house is composed as follows: - An entrance with closet - Living room with large corner sofa, TV, terrace access - Open and equipped kitchen: fridge, large sink, induction stove and range hood, oven and microwave, dishwasher, a Senséo coffee maker and a classic coffee maker, toaster, kettle, plenty of storage and everything you need to cook and serve, an extendable table (from 220 to 340 cm) will accommodate everyone! A hallway with storage and freezer, it serves: -1st toilet with hand basin -1st shower room in which you will find an 80 x 100 shower, a vanity unit with mirror and storage, and the washing machine (7 kilos) -bedroom 1 equipped with a 160*200 bed, a French window will give you access to the garden at the back. !!!Stairs!!! Upstairs, large landing serving the following rooms: -bedroom 2 with two 90*200 beds -bedroom 3 with a 140*190 bed -2nd shower room with 80*120 shower, vanity unit with mirror and storage, changing table -2nd powder room with hand basin -bedroom 4 with a 160*200 bed -bedroom 5 with two 90*200 bunk beds (not suitable for adults) and two 90*190 pull-out beds All bedrooms are equipped with a storage unit, clothes rack, bedside tables and lamps, thermal blackout curtains and a fan (June to September). Duvets and pillows are provided, bedding dimensions in the photo descriptions. Extra linens and towels (€10 per bed), please let us know when booking. There are many games, toys and books, WiFi is available (fiber). Electric radiators in bedrooms and shower rooms, air conditioning in the main room only, a fan in each bedroom from June to September. Outside, about 300 m² of enclosed land, driveway with parking for 3 vehicles, manual sliding gate, large terrace with table and chairs, trolley with gas plancha (bottle provided), garden furniture, all covered by a pergola, to enjoy the outdoors no matter the weather! Near the Eyre where canoe enthusiasts meet, with departures from bike paths in the village and many activities nearby (equestrian center, Aqualand, amusement parks, tree climbing, swimming pool, cinema, etc.). 5 km from the city center and all its amenities: bakeries, butcher, cheese shop, wine shop, bulk grocery store, bars, tobacconists, newsstand, pharmacy, many restaurants and snacks, Carrefour Market and Aldi. Salles is a dynamic city and offers a very popular municipal market every Thursday and Saturday. Close to Lake Sanguinet, Biscarosse, Arcachon Bay and the Dune du Pilat, ocean beaches, 50 km from Bordeaux... Guest access You'll have access to the entire home and the private and fenced garden. Parking is provided for 3 vehicles, other vehicles will have to park on the street about 200 m away. No parking in the driveway and turnaround area please.
