Unique country house with pool and sea view

This recently renovated house stands out especially for its quiet location and beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. The house with its own apartment in the lower part is only 12 minutes from the sea and 25 minutes from the tourist places. You will find in the house 3 bedrooms with three double beds each, two sofa beds. Two washing machines, smart TV, Netflix, two terraces and of course free WiFi. In the upper part of the garden there is a pool and a workout area. The space This recently renovated house stands out because of its quiet location and the beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. We have thought of many nice little details that should make your stay authentic and pleasant. When renovating, the goal was that it should not become a typical AirBnb, but MORE than the typical standard! Normally this is our private house where we spend our family holidays, so you will immediately notice the homely feeling. Some details: You will find a dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator and kitchen accessories such as pots, blenders, toasters, cutlery and pans. Just what you need :-) If you don't cover the windows, the sun will wake you up in the early morning and a sky with often sensational color combinations in your holiday home. For us there is nothing better than starting the day in this house with these unique and varied sunrises. The birds often underline this start to the day with their singing and a cup of coffee. The upper part of the house is habitable for six people (1 bedroom/2 sofa beds for two people each). You share the bathroom upstairs as well as the kitchen and the spacious living room with your friends or family. The lower part of the house is designed for two people with its own bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, terrace and outdoor bathtub. Of course you can change the premises during your vacation time ;-). A total of eight people can spend their vacation in the entire house. The house has no built-in air conditioning or heating. We have provided you with a portable fan and a portable heater if you need them. You can set up your Netflix/Amazon/Disney account on both TVs (top and bottom). A small table tennis table, a few board games and a dart board are available if it's windy on the terrace or if you just want to have a game night. The rustic finca offers parking for three to four cars in front of the front door. The house is located in the quiet Arico Viejo, which is an ideal starting point for hiking, biking, climbing, motorcycling and in general perfect for excursions or days at the beach of any kind. In 12 minutes you are at the sea where you can see beautiful beaches, shops and bars and take wonderful walks. Remember to check out the "ghost town" in Abades near "El Poris". It is located next to the lighthouse and you can access it from "El Poris" or "Abades". Can be combined with a great walk and delicious food in Abades right by the sea. A rental car is highly recommended if you want to explore the island flexibly and easily. _________________________________________________________________ Access by people who are not part of the reservation is not allowed unless pre-arranged with us. It is NOT allowed to let guests in without our permission. Each guest must be registered in advance. Guests must pay a daily fee of 30 euros and cannot stay overnight. We strictly forbid any kind of prostitution visits. It is a place where families, tourists and tour groups want to enjoy a relaxed and sophisticated environment. Access and abuse by minors is strictly prohibited due to the Prostitution Act. Such offenses are severely punished in Spain and accordingly lead to immediate departure from the apartment. Guest access The owner or a colleague will welcome you in person and familiarize you with your holiday home in about 15 minutes. We will send the exact directions to the house to your mobile phone, or we can meet you in the village of “Arico Viejo” at the petrol station to accompany you to your holiday home for the first time. During your stay, we are your point of contact if you need help with anything related to the house or if you need tips for excursions, shopping options, etc. We speak German, English and Spanish.
