No cats. Please indicate number of pets (max 2) when booking. Lake/Beach: There is no access to the owner’s dock, as it is deeded access through the neighbor’s lot. Use of the backyard by guests is not permitted. A public boat/kayak/paddleboard launch is located at the north end of the lake. Guest access You will have access to the entire rental unit/apartment. A couple of cabinets and one hall closet aren’t for use and are labeled as such. Lake/Beach: There is no access to the owner’s dock or waterfront from the property, as it is deeded access through the neighbor’s lot.
