The place of my space is a prime location here in Quezon City. With just a few steps, you’re already on one of the biggest malls here in the Philippines. In fact, it is connected to this mall via a foot bridge. Moreover, it is situated near establishments that we all need for our daily necessities. Nearby establishments: SM North EDSA, Trinoma (connected via SMNE), Alfamart (just below the building), Nuat Thai Massage, BDO, Dental Clinic, different restaurants, laundry services, and a lot more. The space Kindly read the following: * 1 BR with wardrobe. * 3 seaters dining table. * With couch and 43” LG TV. * The place is equipped with WiFi, Youtube and Disney+. * With induction cooker, rice cooker, electric kettle, microwave, cooking utensils, plates, mugs, pitchers, cups, spoon and fork, shotglasses, etc. * Complimentary water and toiletries (tissue, shampoo, shower gel, soap), trashbags, dishwashing soap, and sponge will be provided. * Towels will be provided. If you have any questions/concerns, please feel free to message me. I would be happy to help you in any way I can. :) Any damages to property will be dealt with accordingly, please be mindful and take care of our unit as well. 😊 Guest access There is a pay parking below the building. If you want to swim, kindly tell me beforehand so I can arrange your access to the pool area prior to your arrival. Take note that the use of swimming pool has a fee. Other things to note STRICTLY no smoking. There will be a penalty or punishment for violation. For same day booking, kindly note that the admin office is only until 6PM on weekdays, and 12PM on Saturdays. With this, kindly book before 5PM, so we can process your documents. 😊
