Room with a view in an old farmhouse

Welcome to Englisberg in our 300-year-old former farmhouse with a large garden and many animals!:) Room with separate entrance. 30 minutes from the city of Bern by public transport (2 minutes to the bus stop). Wonderfully rural, beautiful views, surrounded by cow and sheep pastures. The space We live in the house (my husband, our child born in July 2024 and I), our tenants, an artist with her studio and guests from all over the world:). The large garden and the chicken farm with fruit grove are available to everyone. Our Kune-Kune pigs in the stable above the house are also happy to visit. On request, we are happy to set up a second mattress on the floor for another two guests. Be aware - Simple standard of construction - partly low ceiling heights and very low beams - Ring-hearing old house - Possible children's noise/baby screams (our bedroom is right underneath the Airbnb room!) - the rooster crows loudly:) (sometimes even at night, he is not so familiar with the clock:)...) By prior arrangement, our kitchen can also be used one or the other time, but it does not always shine😅. The hotpot is heated by arrangement and with an extra charge (50CHF). Since wood is heated and the wellness pleasure has to be prepared for a long time, we cannot guarantee this every day. Ski/Cross country skiing: Adelboden can be reached in about an hour by car, the beautiful cross-country skiing area "Gantrisch" is almost at your doorstep and is only a good half hour away by car! Guest access The room is on the second floor and accessible via an external staircase and a pergola. To get to the bathroom, you also have to walk a few meters over the pergola (outside area). Englisberg can be reached by bus (Englisberg, Dorf stop). Then it is a 2-minute walk. During your stay I work in the city of Bern and am therefore not always on site. But I am easily accessible via WhatsApp and my husband Marcel is also often at home. He speaks German, Spanish, French and English.
