Located in the heart of the historic center of Naples, our facility is elegant and tastefully furnished. A quiet place to feel at home and enjoy your vacation or stay in Naples. The space The room is located in an apartment that has three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. This one in particular has a private bathroom outside the room but remains for the exclusive use of the guests occupying it. Guest access Entering the apartment, you access a corridor that leads you to the rooms. During your stay I live with my daughters in the same building, so we're almost always available if needed. Other things to note Located in an old building in the heart of the historic center of Naples, the bedroom is cozy and finely furnished, equipped with a balcony, air conditioning, central heating, free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. The accommodation is also equipped with parquet floors, a wardrobe, a private outdoor bathroom with shower, a hairdryer and linens. We prefer a discreet and autonomous clientele. We want our guests to feel comfortable and have a special time in our property, all in mutual respect. The rooms are non-smoking, however in the apartment there is a terrace where our guests can smoke with peace of mind. The apartment also has a living area with a sofa and table with chairs. We are animal lovers so we welcome guests with small pets. We remind our guests that we do not have access with a code, so all check-ins after 9:00 p.m., check-in time limit, must pay a supplement of €25 upon arrival, in cash. LINEN CHANGE IN THE ROOM We aim to provide customers with a comfortable and quality environment at an affordable price. Every day we try to improve the services offered, always maintaining a good relationship between quality and price. To continue to achieve good results in this regard, it is absolutely necessary to avoid unnecessary waste and customer cooperation is essential to achieve this result. Guests are therefore reminded not to throw towels on the floor and ask for them to be replaced just because they have been used only once and are only wet but not dirty. Our policy is aimed at replacing towels after three days of the guest's stay, regardless of the condition of the linen. Sheets are changed mid-stay for stays of 7 nights or longer. Linens are also changed after just one day if found dirty, by applying the required supplement. For more frequent changes expressly requested by the customer or inferred from their specific behavior in this regard (towels thrown on the ground), a minimum amount of €3.00 will be charged for each item changed. Finally, if it is ascertained that the linen supplied in the rooms is missing or, due to illegitimate use by the guest, it is irreparably soiled such as to make washing useless or particularly laborious and expensive, the amount of the Al will be charged to the guest. The customer will be paid €10.00 per item as compensation for the damage and the dirty linen item. Therefore, for the aforementioned reasons and not least out of respect for the hotel and all guests, customers are advised not to use the hotel's linen for shoe cleaning, facial cleansing, hair removal with creams or otherwise refrain from improper use of the linen that could soil it irreparably.
