If you are staying in Puerto Rico AUTOMATIC backup for these is a must! The main house is a 5 bedroom 3 bath with a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment on the lower level. The apartment is only rented with the house so you will always have the privacy of just your group. This property sleeps a MAXIMUM of 14 guests The entry level has 3 bedrooms (3 King beds) and 2 full bathrooms. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms (1 King / 1 Queen) and 1 bathroom. The lower apartment has 2 bedrooms (2 Queen beds) and 1 bathroom. Guest access The entire property will be yours to enjoy. Other things to note The lower 2 bedroom apartment has limited hot water. UPDATED: 6/1/26 The construction of a new home on the 2 lots down has begun, and we do not yet have a completion date. The house being constructed is visible from the villa, and while it will not completely obstruct the view, it will have some impact on the scenery during the construction period, which is TBD. Construction has recently commenced in Aguada, which may impact your upcoming date. It has been on and off for over 2 years and frequently starts and stops for months at a time. The construction schedule is set for Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 5 pm, with quiet arrival work from 6:30-8, and quiet departure work from 5 pm to 6 pm. There should be no construction activities on Saturdays or Sundays. Like most construction in Puerto Rico, this project may have multiple start and stop times, so it is not guaranteed that construction will be happening during the time of your stay. The rental price has been lowered to account for the construction. We have mentioned the construction numerous times in the listing, so you are aware. We are located on the western point of the island. We are2.5 hours from SJU Airport, 35 minutes from both BQN & MAZ airports and 1.5 hours from PSE Airport in Ponce. To avoid the drive from San Juan there is a Cape Air flight that goes direct multiple times a day from SJU to MAZ.
