This is a two-bedroom, one floor home in Wynnewood, on the Main Line of Philadelphia. You get the place to yourself and it's fully furnished! The space This space is ideally suited to four guests for a longer stay, but can accommodate up to 5/6 on a pull-out couch. One bedroom has a queen bed, and the other has twin bunk beds. The pullout futon/couch is in the dining room. A booster seat, toddler floor bed, and/or pack n play can be provided upon request. This place is kid-friendly because there are plentiful toys and books from when grandchildren visit. It's a cozy two-bedroom single-family home on the Main Line of Philadelphia with access to City Ave, local houses of worship, shopping, and attractions like King of Prussia, Chanticleer, and more. What you will see: a family home. Cotton sheets and mismatched mugs. Shelves full of books to read and games to play. A wonderful safe walkable neighborhood. a friendly space. it's eclectic and cozy What you will not see: This is not a sterile condo with anonymous furniture, hotel art, and starched white sheets. Guest access You can access the entire home and use the kitchen, laundry, etc. You get it all to yourself! Other things to note We never received a key to the front door when we bought the house, so we enter through the back door only. You cannot park in the back, but you can drive in the back alley to drop off people or parcels. Parking is available on adjacent streets. We have wifi, and a TV/DVD with Chromecast. This is a family home, visited by grandchildren and relatives. Part of what makes it homey are the books and toys and mismatched sheets. This is not an austere new-construction condo; it has personality and quirks. You should not expect to walk into an HGTV makeover, but you will find mid-century chairs, a repurposed coffee table, vintage toys, cotton sheets, and a lot of love.
