Room, breakfast, nearby beach, early check-in

Room with TV, storage and games available with lots of other house amenities including massage chair, BBQ, musical instruments and a hot-tub in the summer. It's an outdoor hot-tub available when the outdoor conditions are right i.e hot sunny days with no wind otherwise it doesn't heat up enough/efficiently. Amazing location, in a quiet street, ample free-parking so close to the popular rainbow-glass beach, Seaham town centre/Marina and train station with direct trains to Sunderland & Newcastle The space It's a semi-detached house with a nice well kept secluded back garden. Your room is medium/large sized (4m by 2.5m). It has a single bed and also a small double bed. So couples can use the double. Friends can use a bed each. Or vice-versa, plenty of options. It is possible to sleep 3 in there, but 2 would have to share the double and 1 on the single. Guest access You can cook in the kitchen, I have pans and lots of kitchen utensils. You can watch TV, eat, work in the living/dining room. Relax in the garden, there's plenty of chairs/loungers. I'll give you your own house keys. During your stay I work from home most of the time, so I'll likely be around if you need anything. I have a desk space in my room. Other things to note There's a dartboard, pond, air-fryer, and 2 TV's you are welcome to use (smaller 32" one in your room, larger 48" one downstairs). I'll provide breakfast of some sort, probably one where you can help yourself. I do love cooking, but probably wont have much time in the mornings to whip up a full English. There's also a shiatsu massage chair you can use if you wish. I do have internet which you can use, it's fast & unlimited. It's from my phones hotspot which would mean if I do pop out then you would be temporarily without it until I get back - but phone signals are generally very good here so you could always use your data if needed for a short while. Sky TV free channels are available (there's quite a lot) so it's not as though you have no entertainment. Also no house parties ever or unauthorised guests without approval please :)
