Additional spaces can be rented at check-in for R$ 40/day (amounts subject to change without prior notice and according to availability). - There are some barbecue kiosks in the leisure area that are rented directly with the reception for R$ 40/period (amounts subject to change without prior notice and according to availability). For storing beverages, the condominium has a standard cooler that is rented at a cost of R$10.00/day. (For withdrawal, a security deposit of R$ 100.00 is required, which is only accepted in cash) - Cleaning, water and electricity fees are already included in the reservation amount. The guest MUST wash the dishes and clean the stove before vacating the apartment or will be subject to an extra fee of R$ 100. - As directed by the Guardianship Council, it is NECESSARY to bring a personal document for guests who have not reached the age of majority. - According to Law No. 8.069 of July 13, 1990, it is PROHIBITED to host a child or adolescent unaccompanied by their parents or guardian, or without written authorization from them or the judicial authority, in a hotel, guesthouse, motel or similar. It is essential to present the personal documentation of the child or adolescent. - We do not rent hotels, we make seasonal rentals in Condominiums with a leisure area, in accordance with the Tenancy Law 8.245, 10/18/1991, Section II, Art. 48; 49 and 50.
