Situated on the edge of the San Bernardino National Forest, this home provides a haven of tranquility with hiking and biking trails directly off the property. With no neighbors in sight, you'll enjoy wildlife watching, star gazing and endless space for snow play. Our outdoor amenities include parking for 3 vehicles, a large patio, gas grill and outdoor dining. The open concept living is designed for effortless entertainment and custom craftsmanship is evident throughout. At the center of it all, you'll find a welcoming living room and a kitchen stocked with all your baking, cooking and table setting needs. Beyond the main living area is your ultimate entertainment retreat - an expansive Game Room complete with a shuffleboard, versatile game table, poker set, classic game boards, children toys, 52" smart tv, two queen sofa sleepers, a wardrobe closet, outdoor access and a private parking space. In addition, there are two bedroom suites, each with a queen bed, and two full sized bathrooms. Located down the street is Easy's Market, Kallan's Bar & Grill, a laundromat and Sugarloaf Park- a beautiful family park with amenities such as: jungle gyms, track, a skatepark, basketball court, baseball field and dog park. Guest access Guest have access to the entire property. If you come across a locked cabinet or door please leave it untouched as it is the homeowner's personal belongings. Other things to note - 8 guest max - 3 vehicle max 🐾 PETS 🐾 2 pet max. Only about one-third of our guests choose to bring a pet.
