Located on iconic Shore Drive in North Myrtle Beach, this condo is just steps from the Atlantic Ocean with easy beach access. Pelicans Landing is a classic low-rise community near the sand and within walking distance to Flip Flops Bar & Grill, Ocean Annie’s Beach Bar, and other popular dining and nightlife spots. Must be 24 years of age or older to rent with Valid ID and signed Rental Agreement. The space Parking: Two complimentary parking passes are included. Additional vehicle passes may be purchased directly through the Pelican’s Watch complex for $100. For safety and space reasons, trailers, motorcycles, golf carts, and boats are not permitted on the property. Entry & Accessibility: The condo is located on the 3rd floor and is easily accessible by elevator—great for families traveling with strollers or beach gear. Self Check-In: Enjoy a smooth, stress-free arrival with keyless entry. A personalized access code will be provided prior to check-in. Washer & Dryer: A washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit near the entrance—perfect for keeping up with beach towels and kids’ laundry. Linens & Towels: Fresh bed linens and bath towels (bath, hand, and washcloths) are provided for your stay. No Daily Maid Service Please note: Beach and pool towels are not provided, so be sure to bring your own. Pool: A public pool for guests of the complex is located just across the street and does not require an access code. Guest Access: Families have full access to the entire condo, with the exception of the owner’s locked closet. Beach & Pool Equipment: To make packing easier, we partner with a local company that rents beach and pool equipment, games, and family-friendly essentials with delivery directly to the condo. Search Sand Savvy Rentals on Google for details. House Rules: This is a family-friendly, non-smoking condo. Pets are not permitted. Common Areas: Please note that the host does not manage shared amenities or common areas, including elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking areas, or the general grounds. Things to Do Nearby: The condo is just steps from Ocean Annie’s Beach Bar and Sandals Lounge at Sands Ocean Club. For family outings, Myrtle Beach International Airport, Broadway at the Beach, Topgolf, Myrtle Beach Mall, and Barefoot Landing are all within approximately 15 miles. Guest access The entire condo is exclusively yours to enjoy—no sharing with other guests during your stay. Other things to note Tenants are responsible for any damage done to the condo. Please do not hang banners or signs on the ceiling or walls. Damage to paint due to tape or other materials will be charged to you. No daily housekeeping service is provided but linens and towels are provided. Use of the included washer/dryer in the unit is available should you need it. We suggest you bring your own beach towels as those are not included. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles per unit. Any illegally parked vehicles are subject to towing. If you are traveling with more than 2 vehicles, we can accommodate additional passes for an added cost, please message us for details. The condo is privately owned. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facility. Owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. Tenants shall not sublet the property. There are no refunds of rents due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of weather conditions, acts of God, war, terrorism, work/family emergencies or other commitments. Primary Renter must be at least 24 years of age, sign the rental agreement and provide valid ID.
