The space We call our home La Maison Jolie. It is spacious with 4,200 sq. ft (390 sq. m) 4+ bedroom 4+ bathroom perfectly appointed and located for the enjoyment of all outdoor (and in door) activities; summer and wintery. Once you arrive you won't want to leave. Enjoy our well-appointed home with comfortable seating, great light and original art throughout. Enjoy our spa facilities and tranquil atmosphere overlooking crystal clear Lac Joly. Relax by one of our 3 fireplaces (one wood-burning and two gas) or soak in our Jacuzzi tubs for two. Our gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch, LG, Jenn-Air and Sub-Zero appliances and every tool for the gourmet cook. We have an outdoor, built-in, gas BBQ just off the kitchen which is covered from the weather. The kitchen, dining room and living room are "open-concept" which makes for easy entertaining. All the rooms in the house with the exception of one bathroom have spectacular lake views. Imagine waking up and seeing the lake from your bed or making dinner while looking at the lake! There are also multiple balconies from which to enjoy the views. Our lake water is crystal clear and pure but to add to your safety we have a Viqua UV water purification system. We have fibre optic ultra-high-speed internet service Set your phone on airplane /wifi calling mode and you will enjoy excellent cell phone service. The lake is perfect for swimming, fishing, kayaking, and canoeing in the summer and for a nice stroll in the winter. There are two docks, and a small walk-in entrance to the water. We provide a kayak, pedal boat and canoe and there is dockside space for a motorboat (not provided). Games are provided for those rainy days. In the winter you can cross-country ski, snow shoe or toboggan on or near the property. We have dramatically reduced our carbon footprint with a state-of-the-art geothermal HVAC system. In addition to air conditioning and heating, we have air purification, and humidity control. For downhill skiers, the property is conveniently located a short drive from both Mont-Tremblant and Mont-Blanc. The Petit Train du Nord with its beautiful bike / cross country trails is a 3-minute drive away. There are many spectacular hiking trails but you can also enjoy bird watching right from your balcony. We love this home and we are sure that you will too! Our local grocery store (a 5 minute drive in the town of Labelle) stocks everything you need (with onsite bakery, butcher, fresh veggies and a liquor store). Notes: 1. For winter access you must have AWD /4 WD vehicle with 4 snow tires. 2. We have made room in our closets and dressers for your clothing (if you choose), however, because it is the house that we live in, you may find some personal belongings in the closets and dressers.
