Sea breeze Broadstairs is a wonderful home away from home, a 5 minute walk and you’ll find yourself on one of the UK’s best beaches. This is the perfect place for summer holidays long weekends by the sea and the coastal walks all year round for a groups of friends or family’s who are looking to escape and recharge. The space The home sleeps 10 people, 3 doubles rooms a twin bedroom upstairs and a day bed in the downstairs garden room Bathrooms Upstairs is a toilet and separate bathroom with bath tub and shower Down stairs is a second toilet and shower both with disability access. The house also offers disability access via the side entrance and a bedroom down stairs. Dining Depending on the weather there is indoor or outdoor dining options with a fantastic Gas BBQ in the wonderful garden. If you are visiting in the winter don’t worry there is fully equipped kitchen and a dining room that can seat up to 14 guest. Office space If you are freelance or can work remotely then we have a wonderful office space for you in our home but we suggest you use it only if you have to Entertainment The house has 6 TV’s so no problem if you can’t agree on what to watch and there is an Alexa sound system set up through out the house. Alternatively there are boards games galore and loads of books for you to read. Including children’s books and toys We also have a garden shed/ beach hut loaded with everything you will need for full day of fun at the beach. Picnic blankets, cooler bags, buckets and spades, wet suits and body boards. Guest access The whole house is yours throughout the stay
