Located in a very central position, just a few minutes from Santa Maria Novella train station and about 15 minutes from the Duomo. The rooms are well distributed and each room is equipped with windows that guarantee plenty of natural light throughout the day. 🛌 Bedroom The double room is cosy and perfect for unwinding after a day in the city. It features a comfortable double bed, a TV, a large wardrobe for storing luggage and clothes, bedside tables with lighting, and plenty of space to move around easily, even with suitcases. 🛋️ Living area The living room is spacious and bright, perfect for relaxing. Here, you will find a double sofa bed (140 x 190 cm), a TV, and a pleasant space where you can read, work or relax. The room maintains an airy and welcoming atmosphere thanks to the large windows. 🍳 Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for those who want to cook during their stay. It has: • traditional oven • microwave • Dishwasher • large refrigerator • cooking hob and complete utensils You will find everything you need to prepare breakfasts, quick lunches or full dinners. 🚿 Bathroom The bathroom is spacious, windowed and very bright. It is equipped with a large shower, washing machine, large mirror and space to comfortably organise your personal belongings. 🌿 Outdoor spaces A pleasant balcony allows you to look out on the life of the city and enjoy a moment in the open air, perfect for a coffee in the morning or an evening break and for smokers the possibility of smoking outside. Guest access Guests can use the entire apartment. The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with a lift, a rare and very convenient feature in the centre. The lift arrives directly in front of the door of the apartment where there will be no stairs to climb. Other things to note The apartment overlooks a street in the center of Florence, state-of-the-art fixtures have been installed, with 16 mm double-glazed windows precisely to soundproof the apartment. Please note that the apartment is right in the center of Florence. It is about a 6/7-minute walk from SMN train station, and it will be very easy to reach the apartment.
