The apartment is ideal for couples, families and small groups of up to 4 people. The space 🛏️ The space The apartment is large, bright and furnished in a simple and elegant style, designed to offer comfort and functionality for both short and longer stays. The rooms are well distributed and each room is equipped with windows that guarantee a lot of natural light throughout the day. 🛌 Bedroom The double bedroom is cozy and ideal for resting after a day in the city. It is equipped with a comfortable double bed, a TV, a large closet for storing luggage and clothes, bedside tables with lights, and enough space to move around easily even with suitcases. Children are welcome; a crib for babies is available upon request. 🛋️ Living area The living room is spacious and bright, perfect for relaxing. Here you will find a double sofa bed (140x190cm), a TV, and a pleasant environment where you can read, work, or spend relaxing moments. The room maintains an airy and cozy atmosphere thanks to the large windows. 🍳 Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for those who want to cook during their stay. It is equipped with a large shower, washing machine, large mirror and space to comfortably organize your personal belongings. 🌿 Outdoor spaces A pleasant balcony allows you to overlook the life of the city and enjoy a moment outdoors, perfect for a coffee in the morning or an evening break and for those who smoke the possibility of smoking outside. Guest access Guests can use the entire apartment. The apartment is on the second floor of a building with an elevator, a rare and very convenient feature in the center. The elevator arrives directly in front of the door of the apartment, where there will be no stairs to climb. Other things to note The apartment overlooks a street in the center of Florence, state-of-the-art fixtures have been installed, with 16 mm double-glazed windows precisely to soundproof the apartment. Please note that the apartment is right in the center of Florence. It is about a 6/7-minute walk from SMN train station, and it will be very easy to reach the apartment.
