The Cape House

Welcome to the Cape House. We are located on nine rural acres with 300 feet of beach front: but we are only 20 minutes from Summerside. Enjoy secluded relaxation and all that the town has to offer. The home is very well equipped and recently renovated with four bedrooms and four full bathrooms, including two ensuites. There is a private playground, games room, BBQ. Ample room for a large group. Dig for clams on the beach, make sand castles and enjoy the feeling of your feet in the red sand. The space The primary bedroom has a King sized bed, a balcony overlooking the ocean and a three-piece ensuite bathroom. Bedroom two includes two twin sized beds that also connect to create a King. The third bedroom includes one Queen bed. There is an additional four piece bathroom upstairs. The loft contains two twins that could connect into a King sized bed. Also a set of bunk beds and a three piece ensuite. On the main level there is a powder room off of the open concept main floor. The rec room includes a pool/ping pong table and a living room. Guest access You'll have access to the entire home except the Owner's lockout closet. Other things to note No parties please and no rearranging furniture. This is our Happy Place!
