Gamboa Beach is 1.5 km long and belongs to the municipality of Garopaba, in Santa Catarina, 15 minutes from downtown. The city is about 65 km from the capital, Florianópolis. The beach is part of the route of the Franca whales that can be observed very closely in the months of June to October. Gamboa is known for its tranquility, nature preservation, hospitality of the residents and the beauty of the beach, hills and trails. Access to the beach on foot in about 10 minutes. Because the beach is small, you can walk all the way, or if you prefer to travel by car, there are paid parking lots near the center of Gamboa and nearby streets to leave the car. Buses available to Garopaba and Florianópolis, taxi and Uber.
