In the heart of the Alsatian Ried, in a renovated old Alsatian farmhouse, La Chevêche accommodates up to 6 people in a quiet and authentic setting. Fully equipped kitchen, wrought-iron balcony overlooking the village, courtyard with plancha and games: everything is designed to make families feel truly at home. Ideally located between Strasbourg and Mulhouse, 15 minutes from Sélestat, 20 minutes from Colmar and the Wine Route, 30 minutes from EuropaPark, close to picturesque villages and the region's must-see sites. The space Located on the first floor of a two-unit house with private stair access, La Chevêche offers 95m2 bright and warm designed for the comfort of families. Living room: Large kitchen open to the living and dining room, bathed in natural light. The wrought iron balcony, typically Alsatian, is the perfect place for a morning coffee or an aperitif watching the village wake up. Sofa, TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, board games and books for family evenings. Kitchen: Oven, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop, range hood, coffee machine (Senseo), kettle, toaster. Dishes and utensils for cooking at home. Bedrooms: Two Bedrooms with a double bed, each equipped with a 1-person sofa bed. Ideal for children or a third occupant. Bedding provided, convenient storage in each bedroom. Bathroom: Spacious shower, heated towel dryer, hairdryer. Towels provided for each guest Washer and dryer, hanging rack, iron and ironing table and laundry detergent provided. Great for extended stays. Guest access You have the entire home, located on the 1st floor of a house with two units. The entrance is private and is via an external staircase, after passing through the automatic gate secured by keypad. Your dedicated parking spot is directly in the yard. Electric charging station available upon request, paid service. You can also enjoy the common outdoor areas shared with guests in the other home: courtyard with foosball, and ping pong table. Early check-in and late check-out possible upon request depending on availability for an additional charge. Other things to note Are you traveling with a large group or extended family? We have another similar cottage in the same house, Le Cartame, located on the raised ground floor of the same house (La Chevêche is upstairs), which can also accommodate 6 people (based on availability).
