In the heart of the Alsatian Ried, in a renovated former Alsatian farmhouse, La Chevêche can accommodate up to 6 people in a quiet and authentic setting. Fully equipped kitchen, wrought iron balcony overlooking the village, courtyard with plancha and games: everything is designed to make families feel truly at home. Ideally located between Strasbourg and Mulhouse, 15 minutes from Sélestat, 20 minutes from Colmar and the Wine Route, 30 minutes from EuropaPark, and close to the region's picturesque villages and must-see sites. The space Located on the first floor of a two-unit house with private access via a staircase, La Chevêche offers 95 m² of bright and welcoming space designed for the comfort of families. Living room: Large kitchen open to the living room and dining room, bathed in natural light. The wrought-iron balcony, typical of Alsace, is the ideal place for a morning coffee or an aperitif while watching the village come to life. Sofa, TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, board games and books for family evenings. Kitchen: Oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, extractor hood, coffee machine (Senseo), kettle, toaster. Dishes and utensils for cooking at home. Bedrooms: Two bedrooms with double beds, each equipped with a single sofa bed. Ideal for children or a third occupant. Bed linen provided, convenient storage in each bedroom. Bathroom: Spacious shower, heated towel rail, hairdryer. Towels provided for each guest Washing machine and dryer, clothes drying rack, iron and ironing board, and laundry detergent provided. Great for extended stays. Outdoors: Private wrought iron balcony with a view of the flower-filled village. Common courtyard with table for 6, plancha, table football and table tennis table. The kids love it, and so do the parents. Parking: Private parking with a dedicated space in the secure courtyard. Charging station for electric vehicles available on request (paid service). Animals: Accepted on request and according to regulations, with a surcharge applicable. Infant Facilities: Umbrella bed & high chair available free of charge on request. Guest access You have the entire home, located on the 1st floor of a house with two units. The entrance is private and is via an external staircase, after passing through the automatic gate secured by keypad. Your dedicated parking spot is directly in the yard. Electric charging station available upon request, paid service. You can also enjoy the common outdoor areas shared with guests in the other home: courtyard with foosball, and ping pong table. Early check-in and late check-out possible upon request depending on availability for an additional charge. Other things to note Are you travelling in a large group or with an extended family? We have another similar gîte in the same house, Le Cartame, located on the raised ground floor of the same house (La Chevêche is upstairs), which can also accommodate 6 people (subject to availability).
