The space This charming 500 m2 country house is located in a single cul-de-sac and away from everything, facing a stream called the Ornain. Interior side: 10 large double bedrooms – including a large 50 m2 suite with dressing room, toilet and bathroom – 3 large bathrooms, 1 bunk bed and 3 extra beds located in the house allowing 25 beds in total. A large living room with central bar, a large dining room with table for 25 people open to the bar and living room, an open games room with foosball, pool table, overlooking a beautiful fireplace, a double kitchen with all the necessary appliances, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, clothes rack, wardrobe etc... You also have an indoor room with 6-seater jacuzzi in a warm atmosphere. A crib and high chair are available. Regarding the exterior: You have at your disposal a heated pool from April to September, a pétanque court, large outdoor spaces for receptions, a large outdoor terrace with covered area adjoining the pool with bar and sauna. (See photos) You can also have available, upon request, a reception room for 80 people located in the house with bar, round tables and chairs. This room can be enlarged using marquees. (see photos) We can also offer you many contacts for the installation of marquees, sound system, caterer, waffle crepe stand... Cleaning and sheets are included in the nightly price. We also have a cottage with similar service located less than 1 kilometer away in the same village allowing you to total 50 beds in total We remain at your disposal for any questions.
