Lovely room in Liverpool

Forget your worries and just relax in this spacious and happy space. I offer you a single bedroom with a doub size bed in my 3-bed house. You would be able to use the kitchen and the living room as well plus you can park your car on my spacious driveway. The house is situated in friendly and safe neighbourhood. 20 minutes from Liverpool City Centre (by public transport)/15 mins by car. Anfield, Alder Hey hospital and Knowsley - also in a close proximity. The space A single room with a double size just for you. House is located in a residential area of West Derby,just 10 minutes walk from West Derby Village and a beautiful Croxteth Hall Park. Aldi and M&S are also in a walking distance as well as Costa and 2 pubs,and a petrol station. There are bus stops on the main road (5 minutes walking distance) with a bus every 10 minutes to the city centre (12,13,15 & 18) and to the airport (81 & 81a) or to Bootle/ Aigburth (60). It takes about 20-22 minutes to get to the city centre by bus (or 15 mins by a cab/car). Guest access You will have your own single room which contains a double size bed and a built-in shelf. You will share a bathroom with me as I'm the living-in owner. Free access to the driveway. WiFi broadband access. During your stay I like socialising with people but I do also understand that people need their own space.
