The ART HOUSE! Beautiful home near Boulder, CO!

Hello! Our house has an apartment in the basement which we stay in, which has an entrance on the side of the house. The door between the basement apartment and the rest of the house will stay locked for the duration of the rental. We will stay out of your way but we can also meet you out back for drinks! Grateful that you are staying in our artsy house. You might see us walk our cute dog…Simba. The space We can almost guarantee you will love this house the moment you walk in. The large main floor is all open, bright, and warm. The four bedrooms and laundry room/art studio are all on the second level. The house is powered completely by solar energy (like most of the houses in the area), and there is always more than enough power. The backyard deck is large, shaded, has a large gas grill, a propane fire pit, two tables, couch, and seating for 16. Guests have access to everything the home offers. There are dozens of board games- new and classic. There are 2 TV's with cable and streaming capabilities, ROKU, etc. Other things to note Please be aware that there is an additional $80 cleaning fee for a dog or cat, and a 1 pet maximum (contact us for possible exceptions). Our home is less than a mile from 6 breweries (also a distillery, a cider house, and several marijuana dispensaries), more than a dozen restaurants, library, Rec. Center (gym/pool), and grocery stores. And, it's just as close to the bus station, providing public transportation to Boulder (20 minutes) and Denver (30 minutes).
