The house is a three-story building with several social areas for talking and spending time together, living rooms, dining rooms, terraces, a kiosk, a deck, an infinity pool, hammocks, a campfire, a BBQ, a soccer field, and balconies with beautiful views, completely surrounded by nature. The house has a double bedroom and a half bathroom (outdoor shower) on the first floor, a living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry, refrigerator area, and a guest bathroom. There are 4 bedrooms on the second floor for groups of 10 people or less. For larger groups, the third floor with three bedrooms is included. The entire property is a beautiful and spacious place to rest. It is complete and furnished, with all the amenities and hot water showers. It is cool all day, so there is no need for air conditioning. The house has Wi-Fi and parking included in the rate. Towels in the bedrooms and pool towels. Near the house, you can find adventure sports or quiet activities such as bird watching, visiting panela mills and being in contact with nature, enjoying the fresh air of the Colombian countryside. The space is for 10 people included in the price. El Turco operates one hour a day, to be agreed upon, per night rented. The chosen time must be booked. Both services are provided until 8 pm at the latest!! The house does not have a sauna, and the Jacuzzi is under maintenance. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the areas of the house and can share spaces such as the entrance and parking. Around the house, there are ample green areas and gardens, uncovered shared parking lot for several cars and a small soccer/volleyball court that guests can enjoy. Guest passages $40,000 per person per day. Children over 5 years of age pay full quota. Cost per night: small breed dog with permission $50,000 and without permission fine $200,000.
