This home has everything you need on a beautiful property with just a short walking distance to the lake. There is a paddle board available for use. The fully stocked kitchen allows for peaceful evenings of home cooked meals. Or we are just a few minutes from the quaint country town Sandersville. The long driveway gives you plenty of space and privacy. Our chickens are nearby for farm fresh eggs for breakfast! Lots of hunting land is nearby if that’s what you’re looking for. A forest getaway with lake access with a hobby farm. We will absolutely be available anytime and willing to engage with you as much or as little as you like. A quaint and friendly town has all the basic necessities you would need. Milledgeville is a bigger town with more chain stores and restaurants a half hour away. The house is in a quiet spaced out neighborhood and only one neighbor is visible. Perfect for stargazing and hearing the birds chirping. Sandersville is a historic town founded in 1793 with several historic landmarks and southern charm. The “square” in the town’s center has many buildings and homes that are historic. Our family lives at the larger house at the end of the driveway if you continue down the street closer to the lake. The property is 9 acres with lots of trees and a trail for hiking/walking. We will give you full privacy at all times. The chicken coop is visible from the guest house and we do go to coop daily to care for chickens and collect eggs. Farm fresh eggs are available to you daily if you wish. The kitchen and house are stocked with all the basics. If you need something specific, please message me and we will make sure it is there! Each stay will be provided with handmade soap, chapstick, candle, and loofahs grown right here on the property and if you come during spring you may even get to pick some blueberries or other garden-grown goodies!
