We have an amazing community for family vacations, and the codes have been designed to keep it that way for you. Here are the rules that keep your stay safe and enjoyable for everyone. NO SMOKING on the property, inside or out. Owners are severely allergic to trace amounts of smoke. Fire danger can be extreme outside. HOA does not allow smoking on beach. NO PETS. NO Parties. Quiet hours 9am to 9pm strict adherence required. STR Parking plack must be in cars. No off-street parking. No more than 3 vehicles. (one stall reserved for owner and service staff). County strictly enforces and issues hefty fines or towing/eviction for noise, off-street parking, etc. Renters are required to read and abide by Tahoe rental rules, and responsible for any citation, fines and impacts to the property or rental permit liability. Parties will not be tolerated, nor bringing more guests than listed on property. Violation of County and HOA rules may result in reservation cancellation, eviction and no refund. By accepting rental, Renter agrees to all rules and to pay all fines and/or legal fees, and liable for consequential damages.
