The space The Family Room is on the ground floor of a guest house. It's not an apartment. The floor is shared with guests occupying another room. Cooking is not allowed. The Family Room is the ideal accommodation for families with children, as it consists of two adjacent and communicating rooms that, to ensure maximum privacy, security and tranquility, are separated from the rest of the house, as already highlighted, it is the ideal accommodation for families. Both rooms are equipped with a television, air conditioning, a safe and a balcony overlooking the garden equipped with a small table, chairs and a clothesline. The two rooms share the bathroom and refrigerator. In the garden of the Acquamarina Guest House, guests can enjoy a cozy and shaded relaxation area. Guest access The common areas with other guests are the living room, complete with table and chairs. In the living room, you will also find plenty of informational material including a detailed map guide on the area to take with you and a verdant and welcoming garden, furnished and full of plants, where you can read a book, sip a drink or spend relaxing moments outdoors. Other things to note Free parking is available in front of the house. There is an accommodation tax of one euro per person. Children under the age of 12 are exempt. The tourist tax is payable at check-in. We offer our guests advantageous agreements with restaurants, pizzerias, guided tours, sailing or motor boat excursions, tourist and sports activities. Bed linens and towels (shower and guest towel) are included in the rental price. For longer stays, linens will be changed every three days for towels and every seven days for sheets.
