This magnificent mansion is packed with subtle custom features, ensuring a truly unforgettable stay. As you enter, you'll be greeted by the grandeur of the main floor. The expansive master suite boasts a king-sized bed and a lavish bathroom complete with a jacuzzi, urinal, and separate closets. Enjoy breathtaking views of the poolside and main lake deck from the master bedroom's writing table, perfect for witnessing glorious AM sunrises. The main floor also features an inviting great room with a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, and a wet bar, all overlooking the picturesque lakeside windows. The custom culinary kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances including a gas cooktop, microwave, wall oven with a warming drawer, and a Bunn commercial coffee station. The kitchen opens up to the dining room and great room, offering wide views of the main lake. A convenient half bath powder room and a laundry room with front load washer and dryer complete the main floor. Step outside to the lakeside decks, where you can relax and take in the stunning views of the lake, double boathouse, sun deck, pool, and pavilion area. On the second floor, you'll find two master suites with incredible sunrise and sunset vistas, along with two additional sleeping rooms featuring double queen beds. The game room is equipped with solid wood cabinetry, granite tops, a wet bar, and original Limited Edition Brunswick pool and foosball tables. The lower level is perfect for entertainment and relaxation. It features a full wet bar with a commercial ice machine, a Viking refrigerator, a full bath, an air hockey table, ping pong table, poker tables, and an incredible theater room with a wide 125" screen and luxury reclining sofas. The lakeside deck on this level offers a covered gas fire pit and a hot tub, perfect for cooler evenings. This exceptional home also includes two laundry rooms, hardwood floors throughout the main house, ceramic tile flooring in the basement for durability, and LED TVs on each floor. What does our property offer differently from other rentals? 1) Here everyone can stay together under one roof WITH WATER VIEWS FROM ALMOST ALL ROOMS WITH AT LEAST ONE WINDOW, enjoy waking up, cooking, eating, hanging out & socializing together for the duration of your stay! So be prepared to just lounge around, doing whatever you want…together! No carpooling required--everyone's already here! 2) There is something to entertain everyone: From the boathouse to the lake to the pool to the game room to the theater room to the poolside pavilion wet bar & the lower-level bar & hot tub or fire pit--you don't have to try to figure out where everyone can gather or what is there to do! 3) Each level thoughtfully features full length wall mirrors & additional wall mirrors for convenience: most bedrooms have one full length mirror in each of them, with additional mirrors placed at select locations throughout the estate. 4) An eight-person lakeside hot tub is located on the lower-level patio 5) Relax just outside the lower-level bar on the deck overlooking the beautiful shores of Lake Gaston's main lake! 6) Our property fills quickly, so don't delay in booking your grand vacation! If I might make one suggestion for a comfortable, leisurely week of true vacationing, which became & remains a standard tradition for us after a few visits to Lake Gaston: when several families vacation together, have each family plan, prepare & provide meals for one day; then save the leftovers for later in the week for snacking. It has worked out wonderfully well for us for years, allowing everyone to prepare & present their favorite dish or delicacy for all, while preventing unnecessary & repeat trips to the grocery store during our vacation. This allowed us all time to just have fun on the water & not even think about 'what's for dinner' or 'who's cooking?!' For the sports enthusiast, Lake Gaston offers a wake boarding school on the lake--this may require scheduling or prior reservations (owned by none other than the infamous Adam Fields-AF Wake, Inc.); annual local area events sponsored by the Lake Gaston Regional Chamber of Commerce are sure to delight all: Memorial Day weekend brings the Battle of the BBQ at the Lake Gaston Chamber, June brings wine festivals (Rosemont Winery is approx. five miles away, with wine tours, outdoor festivals & more. In summary, the covered pavilion, conveniently accessible from the lower-level floor or the front parking area sidewalk & with stairs to the main & second levels, offers comfortable seating for 20-30 people easily at the tables & the tiered bar, all while keeping all your beverages cool within an easy distance of your pool &/or lake side gatherings! This way no one has to worry about stocking the cooler & dragging it out to the pool--all with your convenience in mind! NOTE: Local and distant (live-in) Chef service is available for hire for meal preparation with advance appointment! Homeowner has contact information if your party requires additional resources. NOTE: due to previous college parties and a prom we have surveillance on the front door and pool and dock from a distance. We do not intend to infringe on your privacy at all.
