Garden Home 3 is a 1 bedroom house with kitchen located in central Haad Yao; arguably one of the most beautiful beaches on the Island. The house is set back from the road, set in tropical gardens and is only a 1 minute walk away from the beach and the vast array of shops and restaurants. It has recently been renovated and comes fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay a very comfortable one! The space The house has been fully furnished to a high standard with high quality fixtures and fittings, and of course a comfortable bed and quality bedding. Aircon and a wall fan has been installed in the bedroom, as well as a dedicated work area for those wishing to work online. There is also a large TV with HDMI cable included. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to make breakfast, lunch or dinner. The balcony has dining seating for 2 people as well as a hammock. The bathroom has a hot water shower with great water pressure. Guest access Guests will be able to access Garden Home 3 exclusively and share the gardens with Garden Home 4 next door. Please note that the houses are quite far apart and don't intrude on the other guests privacy. Other things to note We have a dedicated cleaning and maintenance team on Island so if there is anything in the house that needs attention, one of our team will be happy to assist. Likewise all rentals are covered with our complimentary cleaning policy: The house will be cleaned (including changing of linens and towels) every 5 days. For stays of 6 days or less, the house will be cleaned only at check in / out and for monthly stays once a week. Guests can request an extra clean at a cost of 1,200 THB per clean.
