* CASA RUBIA was inspired by the memory of my mother, who sought a refuge in the historic city to rest, walk, renew and socialize with family/friends, creating unforgettable memories. * It is perfect for those seeking wellness experiences in a charming and cozy place, waking up with the birds. * Located in the quietest and safest neighborhood of Pirenópolis, Carmo or Vila Pompeu, for some. * All spaces are spacious and cozy, with unique decor. The space * The 4 en-suites and the living room have AIR-CONDITIONING. * We offer FULL SET OF LINENS, including pool towels. * In the kitchen, we have an industrial stove, as well as all the necessary utensils and equipment, for preparing a variety of meals. * The pantry is integrated with a charming space, which we call the “Italian village,” with a traditional wood-burning pizza oven, stone benches for support, hammock area and wooded area. * The living room, with two environments and a 50” smart TV, with access to Netflix and YouTube, but WITHOUT ACCESS TO OPEN CHANNEL, is incredibly integrated with the gourmet space (barbecue area), the double hammock area and the swimming pool/deck. * In the outdoor area, we have a spectacular HEATED POOL with solar panels, 1.50 m at the deepest part and a beach area, 25 cm deep. The whirlpool jets relax everyone who sits on the submerged bench. * The indoor parking lot can accommodate up to 4 VEHICLES. * WE ACCEPT up to 2 small pets. * We provide excellent quality Wi-Fi, but the speed may vary depending on the amount of equipment accessing and/or the high season period. Guest access * The house is exclusive and private for guests. * Parking and swimming pool are integrated and exclusive to the residence. * All spaces are available to guests. Other things to note * In the event of breakage or damage, in whole or in part, of any item, object and/or equipment, immediately notify the host, who must present the quotation and thus receive the reimbursement. The amount must be in line with the market price. * Help us prevent waste and preserve the environment. When leaving, make sure you have not left any internal or external lights, air-conditioning or other appliances on. * Please collect all garbage and leave it in the trash can, located on the external sidewalk. A garbage bag will be available. * There are no protective nets in the pool, windows and on the upper balcony railing. * Children must be assisted by those responsible for them. * Avoid leaving the hammocks in the hammock hangers when not in use, due to rain. * We do not offer food, beverages or any type of hotel service. * In case of emergency, contact the host, exclusively by message via WhatsApp.
