Its in a small town of Billericay which has a High Street with plenty of restaurants, pubs some shops and a few quirky entertainment eg Billericay theatre cinema and micro brewery. Guest access You have the whole house which has all the essentials but only one toilet!...this is separate from the bathroom. There is one double bedroom with Queen size bed. One single/double ie a pull out second half of a bed One bedroom which can be either office space or use the sofa bed. There is a more comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge. TV and WiFi available. There is a garden with small patio and steps up to the lawn. There is parking for two cars on the drive
