The Bay Retreat -Heated mineral Pool & Spa!

Experience an Oasis as the Bay Retreat invites the outdoors inside. With vaulted ceilings and beautiful french doors that open up from each living space, direct access to the Alfresco area and a stunning view of the pool, spa and gardens. Located in the pristine Catherine Hill Bay area, it's only a short stroll to 3 beautiful beaches. The stunning patrolled Middle Camp beach, home to the iconic former coal-loading jetty. Direct access to Moonee Beach (400m) and the secluded Ghosties Beach. The space The Bay Retreat is a fully self-contained Guest House which has it's own private access seperate from the main residence. The property is divided into two areas. One side consists of the main living area, Kitchen, Powder Room/ Laundry. The other side is 2 bedrooms with a main bathroom. Adjoining both areas is the outdoor Alfresco area. Enjoy the luxury of your own private mineral water pool and a heated outdoor Spa (2.4m x 1.6m). Sleeps a MAXIMUM of 4 people. *Bedroom 1 - Queen bed with access to main bathroom. *Bedroom 2 - Queen bed with access to main bathroom. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire Guest House, Pool & Spa. The main residence is not accessible from the Guest House as it is fully fenced off. Guests have own private access and driveway seperate from main residence. We reside on the main residence with our two children and our dog, Charlie. Other things to note Heating for Pool and Spa will be turned off at 9:00pm. Pool will not be heated from April through till October. Spa can be heated all year round even in the cooler seasons. please DO NOT touch, stand on or remove pool vacuum. Portacot is available upon request. Please note there is a strict "No Party or Events" policy as this is a quiet neighbourhood. All linen and bath towels are provided. Fake tan = BYO linen and bath towels. Please bring your own pool and beach towels. Sun lounge cushions not included in listing. Cellular signal in our area may be weak. We recommend connecting to our Wi-Fi for making and receiving calls, as well as for internet. The Wi-Fi signal is strongest in the alfresco/living room area. Additionally, there is no traditional TV signal available. To watch live TV, you can stream through our Wi-Fi using the apps 9Now, 7plus, or 10 Play, which are pre-installed on the TV. You also have access to Netflix, Prime and Disney+ for on-demand content. Please note: Our property is not able to accommodate Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) due to property limitations. We have received an official accommodation from Airbnb allowing us to decline ESAs. We welcome guests with disabilities and continue to comply with all applicable laws regarding Service Animals.
