The space The kitchen has basic utensils for light cooking, and there is a smart HD TV and fast, unlimited Wi-Fi. Linens and towels are provided based on the number of guests. A supermarket on the Flair North mezzanine floor is open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. to purchase food and basic amenities. Guests have access to various amenities on the property, including a gym and a selection of outdoor pools, a palm promenade, a jogging path, an open lawn, a picnic grove, a children's playground, a sky park, a roof deck, business center and basketball court where some activities are subject to fees. Parking is available for rent, and unauthorized parking has a penalty. Laundry services are available for a fee, and there is also a self-operated laundry in the basement. The pool is open to registered guests from 9 am to 9 pm on mon-wed, and for unit owners and long-term tenants on weekends and holidays. It is closed on Thursdays for cleaning. Guests must fill out a form at the reception lobby and pay via GCASH, before swimming. P100/day/guest for gym P200/day/guest for pool Guests can rent basement parking for p350/day via GCASH, subject to availability. They must give their car details and obtain an authorization letter from the PMO. Failure to do so will result in a p5000 penalty before the removal of clamped tires. For b5 parking, the day rate is p100 for the first 2 hours and p25/hour thereafter. The night rate from 11 pm to 6 am is p150 for the first 2 hours and p30/hour thereafter.
