The Coach House is a characterful 2 bedroom barn conversion, set on a working farm. Offering spacious open plan living, beautifully furnished and includes original features. The accommodation is located in the pretty village of Cuxham. It is close to picturesque market towns, historic Oxford and stunning countryside. This is the perfect get together location for friends and family, including the dog. Whether that is for a relaxing stay, a sight seeing break or an walking/cycling holiday. The space Converted in 2018, this tranquil barn conversion sits on the main farm yard. Parking is directly outside The Coach House for x3 vehicles. There is an EV charger available for guests use (Additional Charge - please ask host). As you approach the property there are 2 steps onto a cobbled path and then a small step over the threshold. Once you are within the property it is all on one level. There are no further steps once inside. There is a generous entrance porch for your muddy boots and hanging coats up. The open plan living area is on one level with kitchen and dining area providing a very social and spacious environment. With two sofas and an armchair and Freeview TV. The dining table has 2 chairs and a bench along one side, easily sitting 4 for dinner. Free WIFI throughout the property. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric fan oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, under counter fridge and dishwasher. Kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery are all provided. A welcome pack is provided. French doors lead out to the enclosed garden overlooking the surrounding countryside and a walled garden. The fully enclosed garden provides a private space for outdoor relaxing with garden table & chairs. There is a lockable bike shed. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room, king size bed, hanging rail, chest of drawers and Freeview TV. The second bedroom has a zip and link super king bed. The bed can be made up as twin beds - if required, please do request this at time of booking. In addition there is a Freeview TV and wardrobe with hanging space (incs. hangers) and drawers. The main bathroom has bath and over bath shower with glass shower screen. Towels are provided. We do ask you to gather up your towels into the bath at the end of your stay. Guest access The property and garden is for your sole use and enjoyment and we hope that you will make yourselves at home the minute you step through the door. Please note that the property is located on a working farm with machinery and livestock. The owners are happy to provide you with a guided tour but please do not freely wander around the farm. Dogs must be kept on a lead when outside of the Coach House. Other things to note Strictly No Smoking inside the property. Unsuitable for toddlers. We accept 1 house trained dog. Please do not bring untrained puppies as the property has carpets and soft furnishings. Dogs must not be left unattended at any time in The Coach House. ie - you can not go out and leave your dog at the Coach House on its own! We are unfortunately not responsible for any breakdown in public utilities such as gas, electricity, Wi-Fi or water supply but will assist as much as feasibly possible if this happens. However we will not refund as these matters are outside our control.
