You are sharing a holiday with friends/family - we are sharing our architect designed bedroom/living wings including River Room and Bathwings of our Bellingen Treehouse and our deck overlooking Never Never River. Suits families or friends sharing these spaces on our 13 hectare property which includes an open grass field suitable for games and enables you all to enjoy our swimming waterhole and bush kitchen and decks together whilst ensuring privacy but physical proximity on the same property. The space Families or friends can share the River Room and our famous ( amongst family and friends) Bath Wing to spread out their group whilst enjoying our place together. RR has a King bed and loft suiting a child who needs to be in same space as parents but is old enough to climb up a ladder into the Loft. Our Bath wing has a King bed plus two single beds in a separate bedroom separated by a walk in wardrobe amd interior bathroom suitable for a couple with children of any age or adult friends but note: Bath Wing bedrooms are not fully soundproof. An ample bathroom and walkin wardrobe is located between them. Consider requests for whole property with a special offer curated to your circumstances. Guest access You have access to a splendid deep water hole of the Never Never River with our pontoon for lazing. Between your accommodation, enjoy our regenerated rainforest and opportunities to cook together outside in one of our bush kitchens.. We have had many fabulous times here with family and friends as it is a home that is physically beautiful hardwood timber with rainforest and river outlooks and plenty of places to play and swim and relax together or separately. There is a downside — absolutely no guests/visitors during your stay. Bellingen has many wonderful places for you to congregate with friends. Ask about Salvatore’s pizza by the Bellinger River and our town’s many cafes and nearby picnic and swimming places nearby. Our place is just for your immediate group of family and/or friends to share time together. It suits mum dad and kids and friends. Ask about bedding options for youngest children. Other things to note Yes, it floods in the Valley but the Valley geography is built for floods. Surface water sometimes accumulates to block Valley access roads temporarily but it’s usually brief. The property is safe and well equipped for all weather which provides all moods for your immersion in nature.
