The life guarded beach, featuring the warmest waters in Eastern Canada, is a 5 min walk down Court St. next to provincial building. Just 30 min from Cabot Links and Cabot Cliffs listed in Golf Digest as two of the greatest golf courses in the world. The surrounding area features 5 beaches, live Celtic music. Our cottage is ideal for couples, families, and Golfers. The space Open-concept main floor with fully equipped kitchen and patio doors leading to a large deck. This modern home has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The main level has a queen bed, detached 4 piece bath, and laundry room. Moving up to the second Level there is a King Bedroom with an ensuite and has patio doors that lead to a deck with ocean views and magnificent sunsets. Completing the 2nd level is a 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds, a futon and a detached full bath. Guest access Guests will have access to entire house and property. Parking for 2 cars only, no trailers permitted in driveway, please do not park on main street. Other things to note Maximum guests allowed is 6. A surveillance camera monitors exterior.
