Modern house close to Copenhagen

Cozy and modern house of 105 m2 in Smørum in a green area outside Copenhagen. The house is 12 minutes walk from Måløv S-train station, that will take you to Copenhagen Central Station in 28 minutes. The house is our private home, that is available when we are away. The space The house is equipped with everything you need incl. washing machine and dryer. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with dining table and a large sofa and a bathroom with shower and laundry facilities. There is no dishwasher On the 1st floor there is a master bedroom with a queen sized double bed (160x200) and a second open room. There is also an extra toilet. The house is modern and clean and comfortable with everything you need including WIFI - BUT NO TV! The house is not ideal for children. No parties of any form or guests in the house, terrasse or garden. Turn off music at midnight. Guest access You have access to the entire home. Only the people who have booked the house may use house, terrasse and garden. Guests are not allowed.
