Conveniently across from the Sheraton Convention Center and adjacent to the Hilton Hotel, with two beautiful beaches within walking distance. Guest access A welcome letter containing details about the apartment stay, such as the room code, will be sent through the Airbnb platform at 1pm on the day of check in. After arriving at the Condado Lagoon Villas, which is located right next to the Caribe Hilton Hotel. It is the same complex but we do not share amenities with the Caribe Hilton. Guests and any other person accompanying the main booker will need to verify their identity with the concierge at the lobby before being granted access to their apartment. 18+ are welcome to book. Other things to note The Condado Lagoon Villas complex guarantees uninterrupted electricity and water service by offering a backup generator and water tank, ensuring your stay is always comfortable. With 24-hour security, The Condado Lagoon Villas ensures that your stay is safe and comfortable. PUERTO RICO IS A HUMID ISLAND SPECIALLY NEAR THE OCEAN. WE KINDLY ASK ALL OF OUR LOVELY GUESTS TO PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE BALCONY DOOR OPEN OR SET THE AIR CONDITIONER HIGHER THAN 74F TO AVOID CONDENSATION INSIDE THE APARTMENT THAT WOULD PROMOTE THE GROWTH OF MOLD ON THE WALLS. THANK YOU. Please note that parking is not included on the property. However, there is a self-parking option available at the Normandie garage, which charges a fixed daily rate of $7 a day. The management provides essential starter items for your stay, including travel-sized soaps, shampoo and conditioner. For units with kitchens or kitchenettes, one dish sponge and one bottle of dish soap are provided. Additionally, there are two towels per guest and one beach towel per guest. Each bathroom is stocked with two rolls of toilet paper. We do not do towel change nor linens change during your stay - you can request the service for an extra fee. Check-in time is around 3:00pm Check-out time is at 11:00 am *Check-in & Check-out times are set by the owners* NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 9 am, no parties or noisy activities during these hours. Please respect others. The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 4 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a partial refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights or due to situations beyond our control. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults at all times. Occupancy is strictly enforced and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property for not following the rules. Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease, or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess nor makeup. Stained towels/linens will be charged. Do not hang towels from the balcony. A $25 fine may be applied if you break this rule. Subletting is not allowed.
