There are two units, an upper and a lower. This listing is for the lower, ground level unit. There are only a few steps leading to the front door. Please be careful while walking up the stairs as one of the risers is pretty high due to settlement. The upper unit is occupied by me at this time and you will hear movement upstairs. One of the 3 beds in the home is a sofa bed, located in the living room. There is also a futon in the living room that sleeps one.
