It is very clean and in immaculate condition. AC in bedrooms and living room. Free parking is provided in front of apartment. The apartment is also close to public transportation. However, for convenience and flexibility while exploring Barbados, we recommend renting a vehicle. ** We offer discount rates to Welcome Stamp visitors (12-month work visa). Apartment Guest Policy on Damage: Guests are required to maintain the Cleanliness of the apartment, respect all House Rules and keep all furnishings and fixtures in good condition. You are liable for any damages caused by you or any person in your party to the property. Any costs associated with special cleaning, repairs or replacement, will be charged to the registered guest that made the booking. *Damage to property including and without limitation; damage to premises, fixtures, furniture, mattresses bedding and linens resulting in special cleaning or replacement, etc. Check-Out before 12 noon We do not accommodate late checkouts except when informed in advance AND late fee paid in advance.
