Late check out/ Early check in RM50 will be charge per hour . Check in ：3pm Check out：11am 2. Do not put/throw any garbage outside the unit , leave them in the unit and we will clean it when you check out otherwise RM300 will be charged. 3. Also do not leave your shoes outside the unit . 4. NO parties are allow in the property such as drugs/alcohol . 5. NO smoking are allow in the property , otherwise RM200 will be charge 6. RM300 will be charge if access key / card lost . 7. To use the snooker table, an additional RM200 deposit is required, which will be refunded upon checkout after inspection by our staff confirms that it has not been confiscated by the management. Please ensure that children do not throw billiard balls on the floor, and note that snooker is prohibited between 10PM to 8AM; violations will incur a RM200 fine and may result in confiscation of the facility by management. Deposit will refund in 24hours after check out. Thank you for your cooperation. Most importantly ; ( Swimming pool rules ) 1. ONLY swimsuits are allow to swim in the Residence's swimming pool , or else you will not be allow to enter . Thank you :) Check-ins after 1:00 AM are considered off-hours, and we will not be able to respond to any messages or provide assistance during this time. We kindly advise planning your check-in accordingly.
